Taxi-way gates from Magnetic Automation at Essendon Airport
The design brief for Essendon Fields Project was to construct, supply
and install 2 x 46 metre opening dual sliding gates across the taxi-way for traffic
control of planes through vehicular traffic at Essendon Airport, Melbourne.
Also included was construction, supply and installation of 4 x 8.0m dual opening swing
gates for controlling of vehicular traffic through the taxi-way.
These photographs depict the first phase of the project which is the 2 x 46 metre
dual slide gates currently being installed.
