U-Neek Bending Co's fabrication experience with materials spans a
wide range. We machine, bend, assemble and weld mild steel, chrome moly steel,
stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, high alloy steels such as inconels &
hastalloys, non ferrous materials such aluminium, copper, cupro nickel, brass,
monel & titanium.

U-Neek have pioneered advanced welding technology with processes including orbital
TIG welding and short transfer arc (STT) welding processes.
U-Neek is quality accredited to ISO 9001:2000. We provide full QA /QC documentation
on products including inspection and test plans (ITP), material certificates, non
destructive test reports such as radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and
liquid penetrant testing. We maintain the highest level of product quality, with
strict manufacturing standards, adhering to them without exception and being
constantly on the alert to upgrade and improve them. We manufacture to national
codes AS4458/AS1228, AS1210, AS4041 as well as international codes ASME and BS.
At U-Neek we realise that delivery is also critical to our customers. We offer an
emergency breakdown service, with the ability to work around the clock for emergency
boiler tube bending and welding.
Using our in house specialised bend programmes and CNC bending machines, we offer the
ability to quickly translate client sketches into production drawings. Our experienced
staff then manufacture the item to your exact requirements.
U-Neek can source from our international suppliers and tube mills, small or large
quantities of pipes, tubes & fittings. Through our supplier network we can offer
powder coating, galvanising, and other specialised processes. U-Neek assumes full
responsibility for these processes and delivers to you a quality product. This allows
us to be your 'one stop shop' for the manufacture of the item.
