expertise in the field of high technology mechanical hoist equipment. Building Maintenance Units
(Aust) Pty Ltd have consistently been involved with high quality contracts through cost effective
and innovative engineering practice and with an emphasis on a professional approach, technical

Although specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of building maintenance
equipment for high rise buildings, the company also designs equipment systems such as hoist
